Many ask "What is a CSA?" Well, CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture, where members buy into the farm at the beginning of the season in order to receive a weekly share of our produce from June- October. This is the best model for us, as it allows our customers to get the freshest produce available at a discounted rate. The lump sum at the beginning of the year also helps offset production costs, giving us a much appreciated cushion to start the season off right!
We will be growing around 40 varieties of vegetables for the 2025 season. You can expect all of the familiar standards, like lettuce, cabbage, carrots, and broccoli, but you will also receive some veggies you may never have heard of. We hope to introduce people to the wonderful diversity of food available in today's market. Don't worry, we'll post recipe ideas and preparation advice for all of our more unique produce so you're not left wondering what to do with it!
